If a ‘submit’ button is scripted into the form, when users click on the submit button, their filled in form is attached to an email using their email client and there, the user can send the form via email. Form results can also be sent to database.

Can you have dynamic form fields with HTML5 forms?
Yes. Using javascript and css, our HTML5 forms can be scripted to incorporate intelligent behaviours such as form fields hiding/showing based on other form field selections.
What is is difference between Fillable PDF and HTML5 forms?
HTML5 forms can be accessed by all browser types and mobile devices as long as there is available internet connectivity. PDF forms can be accessed on desktops and on mobile devices with the appropriate app to open them. They do not necessarily require internet connectivity to fill in PDF forms.
How are form results received?
HTML5 form results are received in tabular form via email or sent to a database depending on the choice of the form owner. The form owner can also choose to receive form results in pdf format, sent to their email.
